Southwest Adventure Guides LLC has been leading treks and expeditions to Nepal for over ten years. We have successfully guided many of the most popular summits in Nepal. We supply full logistical and guiding support on our treks and expeditions. Whether you want to trek to Everest Base Camp or climb a remote mountain, we can and do arrange custom trips and expeditions to any place in Nepal. Every year we have a number of group departures, in which individuals can join, however there are also a number of options for the group wanting a custom climb or trek.

Our logistical support in Nepal is well developed an refined. We have our own Sherpa staff that work with us every year on our expeditions. When you arrange your trip with Southwest Adventure Guides, you know that your getting experienced and well trained guides and staff. It is best to call us to explore the options available to you.

Ground cost Includes: Hotel and lodging in Katmandu (double occupancy), airport transfers, trekking permit, climbing permit and national park fees, staff including trip leader, sherpa guides, cook and porters, meals while on trek, camping and kitchen, scheduled flights to and from Lukla and Katmandu, group camping and cooking equipment.

Ground cost does not Include: International airfare, airport departure taxes, additional transport, lodging or meal costs that may be necessitated by flight cancelation, rescue or delays, visa fees, travel insurance or any other expenses of a personal nature. You should bring enough money on the trip to meet your personal needs ($300 minimum). Bring a major credit card in case you need a cash advance. Tipping the staff is customary but entirely up to the individual. Travel and trip cancelation and emergency evacuation insurance is required.

Reservation and cancelation: To reserve a space on International trips, return the expedition application, cancellation policy statement, liability release and a 50% deposit as soon as possible. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
